The Project
A twenty-two foot grade change was eroding into the neighboring property. We engineered three reinforced tiers with geogrid and a full drainage chimney behind each face.
The stair run was laid out to hold a consistent seven-inch riser across the entire descent, which required re-cutting eleven treads on site.
