Landscaping & Hardscaping in New Albany, OH
Our home market. Design-build hardscapes, planting design, outdoor living, and grounds care for New Albany homes, new construction, and commercial properties — from a team based right on Walton Parkway.
Landscape design-build in New Albany
Our office is on Walton Parkway, which means New Albany crews are on site early and on schedule. New Albany's Georgian and Colonial architecture, white four-board fences, and carefully planned streetscapes set a high bar, and the landscape has to match. We work within community design standards and coordinate directly with builders and architects on new construction.
From motor courts and entry sequences to pool surrounds, outdoor living spaces, and planting programs, we build to the same standard the architecture sets — then keep it that way with year-round maintenance, lighting, and irrigation service.

What New Albany properties need
Architectural standards
Many New Albany communities have design guidelines and architectural review. We prepare drawings for approval and design landscapes that fit the Georgian character of the community.
New construction
New Albany is still growing. We coordinate with builders and architects so grading, drainage, lighting, and irrigation are planned before the final grade is set.
Deer pressure
Deer are common across New Albany's wooded and open lots. We design with deer-resistant plantings where they matter most.
Clay soil & drainage
Heavy clay holds water. Grading and drain tile keep water away from foundations, pools, and patios.
