The Project
A full outdoor kitchen with gas, water, and three circuits required frost-depth footings and a permitted structural frame — not a kit on a slab.
The pavilion was set first, then the masonry island was built into it so counters, appliance cutouts, and pendant drops all align to the frame bays.
