The Project
The courtyard was a blank lawn between two wings of the house. A geometric parterre gave it structure that reads correctly from the second-floor windows.
Every hedge line was string-set to the masonry openings, and the gravel courts were built on a compacted, draining section so they stay crisp underfoot.
